Advice to all of you. Don't get high after you had cut and are having a bad day. That trip was the most horrible thing i've ever experienced and everything that i haven't been dealing with or acting like i didn't care just came and flashes the earliest from four through everything and the world just didn't seem real and it was like i was dreaming and everyone where these two faced people and where actually horrible people and it was bad :/ took me awhile to get out of it.
@123lovedemilovato dont be afraid to ask for help! you're amazing and can get through this. i've never been through self harm, but i do know people who have. go to compassionalert[dot]tumblr[dot]com , i love these guys. they're teenagers who have been through self-harm, ED, depression, etc. and have this blog to help others going through it.
