Probably not just in his heyday; his core style is Aikido, so it will retain its effectiveness, even thought Seagal 57 now. That Aikido stuff is lethal, anyone with sense would realise that. Seagal has a definite speed and ferocity in his movements and it is obvious he is not just a movie martial artist. Wesley Snipes (Who is a third Degree black belt) also has a certain quickness in his punches and kicks, something can only be delivered by a real martial artist.
