Normally I do hate this piezo sound. It just don´t sound like an acustic at all!! But Andrew really has a nice interesting alternative sound! Really cool! =)
@TheDriveMaster... Thanks, but this video's audio (here on YouTube) does not do the guitar justice unfortunately. And, I can understand why there are comments to the neg. of the guitar not sounding good. The chorus and reverb could certainly come down a notch. Everyone should keep in mind that the tone and effects on this set-up I have can be fully adjusted. I've played everywhere with this rig; churches, out doors, ball-rooms, art-gallery's, banquet halls - you name it, and this rig is killer!
Hi Andrew, you are a fantastic guitar teacher.. Thanks for your lessons.
Can you please explain about the music which you played at the end of the video ??? Its so cool to the ears. Please make a video lesson for that music which you played in this video , it will be great to learn from you. Thank you !! for all your lessons.. waiting for your video lesson on the music you played............................thanks.............
what about the trace elliot sitting under the Phonics? Those are nice amps. I once tried a california blond and strawberry, don't see those in the store no more but they had large speakers for a full sound.
sounds better than many acoustic strategies. Many rigs end up producing an artificial twang. This is not perfect as you probably realize but it has a full clear sound. A good mic near the sound hole is as close as you can get IMO to best way to amplify and capture what we humans expect to hear coming from the body and soundhole - transducers are not exactly hearing the same thing. But mic's bring their own set of limitations including picking up other noise and placement restrictions
Thanks for the tour of your rig! Very interesting. The search for THE sound is endless, probably futile. When a player can express the musical ideas she/he has, quest over.
If you have 18 seconds to spare, my 'Hymn Tune' features the sound that presently comes direct from my desk - after considerable research, trial & error. (My own design preamp/blender and signal conditioning.)
Is that an original song at the end? Have you ever used an electric guitar processor (I sometimes use my Boss GT-8) for acoustic? Since it has all the same effects...
i have the acoustasonic jr...i like it...i play my electric through it with a Boss ME pedalboard....gets really nice fat tone...and i play with a Fender Stratosonic...nice p90s

Hi I get questions for you
I have an acoustic guitar Esteban guitar
Got the pickups and all and got a new battery but
On the out put I got an adapter from 11" or 8"
Can't remeber forts perfectly and I tried connecting it to an RCA cable even to an small speaker but doesn't work
Does the adapter really work or needs an amp
Even I tried with my pionner radio and no soun goes thru
