  • Exercise is the best option im an Aussie male that is a body builder so i eat well. But my Mrs used to never eat becouse she was a little chubby when she was young. She knows i like a bit of curve on a women so she wanted to out a bit back on but found it hard becouse she develped this eating disorder. She always felt sick and couldnt keep her food down. Well story short she went everywere to docs and that and nothing seem to work until i layed the hammer down

  • She was at the end and didnt know what to do tears every night and the whole thing so i had enough. Just said to her i think i can help call me crazy but i think it will work only thing is you have to do what i say 110%. Next day i made her run at the gym till she was stuffed and kept making her do it 5 days a week. Everynight after that first day she started eating real well becouse the body needs the food from the exercise. The Gym will work trust me she got some nice curves and all good now

  • Good timing on this video. I've struggled with eating disorders for about four years and I'm recently starting to worry that my younger sister is following in my footsteps even though I've never admitted to my family that I have these problems (my parents are oblivious). I get really angry when my sister does triggering things, and it's interesting to hear a question from a younger sister who gets triggered by her older sister. I really need to keep working on recovery for both of our sakes.
