When I try to save the Game Progress on the Career mode it doesn't do anything. So when I try to go back to it I can't. But also when I am building my fighter and I click finish. It says "The data for this fighter has not been saved". But I don't know how to save a fighter. So please help me out so I can play the UFC Undisputed career mode and save it.
the stats wont depreciate as long as you give them 1 attribute point per sparring session, and once they get to 30, 50 and 70 they will not drop any lower than that, ill always bring them all up to 30, then choose a few to bring up to 50, once they are at 50 ill bring the other ones up, this way no attribute drops, ever.
part 2, the fill up all your atributes to ten and and put the ones you want with the left over points up to twenty, the when you turn amateur do as many amateur fights as you can i think its for you wil be able to most things up to 30, the when turning pro youll only have a few things to get to 30, when you get to the ufc your overall rationg should be about 37 and you strngth,cardio and speed should all be around 40, i did this and by the end of career mode his overall ratig was 78, trust me.
dude this technique blows if you have sparring points that wont fill and entire column put 1 point up for each month that will stop it decaying for another 4 weeks, the whilst in those 4 weeks spar again the put up one stranding strikes offense, then do the same as you work down until you get to submission defense, also when making your fighter your skills should strgth 17 spd 18 and crdo 18, part 1
Your method is very weak, but i think by now you know it too. I can create a fighter with max Strenght/Speed/Cardio, with 10 categories with 80 points, and the rest with 70. I have also created fighters with 100 points in certain disciplines...but you will never be able to get this far with this method!

if u wanna real tip in sparring knock the trainer to the ground and don't let him up, stand over him and keep punching him in the face and stomache until the time expires and you will get the max point ratio possible....over 100 per round

@sandman0408 If spar cap is 50 (with patch) don't rest, 50 points is easy with 100% fatigue. Never do activities, victory will build popularity. Never do game plan, it wastes a week you could learn a camp move. Camps- Punches (focus pads) first, easier for unskilled fighter. Also learn a slam to side control and a sub from side control early to repeat in spar/sub camp. Before learning a sub, takedown and stand over opponent and punch for max points in spar (3 to body 2 to head)

for a grappling fighter, make sure they learn the suplex takedown from the Minnesota camp, and then sparring sessions become as easy as landing a few shots, flicking the right stick for double underhooks, then dumping them onto ground with you on side control. from there, just rain as many blows as you can until your partner scrambles to his feet. rinse and repeat

This is a really bad example of leveling your stats quickly...
1. Whilst sparring just sprint towards opponent and repeatedly hit them with the fastest attack preferably "X" if your right handed and "Y" if your left handed. Even at the start of them game you'll easily get over 40 points.
2. Apply all the points you get to each technique to round them of at 30 then eventually 50 & 70.
3. Try to keep your Fatigue and Conditioning to 0% before Training or Sparring since it decreases your total
i have a question on the ps3 version after 10 straight wins in career mode the game goes in to what i call GOD mode there is nothing you can do to beat the 11th opp. yet the next time i challange the same guy i knock him out in under 2 min i have made 4 different careers in different weight classes with the same results. is anyone else having this problem
@Darktheshuffler I usually just manually save before a fight, but if you put it on auto save, it saves after the fight too. but idk how to change to auto save, mine was like that.
A few things I do differently when going through career is not resting when I am just getting the spd, str and card attributes up. Resting only adds one more point and with resting, the end doesn't justify the mean. You get to sparring quicker and your other attributes haven't declined then. Also, don't hold on to random points. Use them on the next attribute you plan to upgrade so it doesn't decline. No sense in spending 2 points when you could have stopped it from declining in the first place
ive been playing this game for 3 days and I figured out myself how to not let all my stats decay and why on earth only train up to 30/40 for your stats, yeah they decay but you do light training on them to give you months before they decay again

Submissions in this game are such BS. It's like the instant I get put into them your doomed to tap, even when my submission defense is 70. I really hope they make it better for UFC Undisputed 3 cause the submission system has been the major flaw of the game. I have defeated every type of opponent in career mode and my losses only come via submission.
Right I looked at this video about a week ago, I went and played some UFC I worked out once all of your stats are at 70 you need roughly 6000 points stored from sparring and that doesn't actually take long to get as long as you do alright in sparring, I'm not that great at the game but I can easily get over a 100 points even with 100% fatigue. So I've got all that saved, now I'm just improving moves. My strength, speed and cardio is stable atm but in the last year I'm maxing them and stats out.
Ok so you get all your skills to 70 and then save loads of points and then add them all on at the end so they don't decrease but what about strenght, speed and cardio? You get them to 70, do you train them loads towards the end of your career too? Anyone help please :)
@zimd use focused spar on stand up or anything your good on by year 11th.when you reach your final(12th year) max out your training.then start focused spar on different (i.e ground & pound).use your stored points for adding the stand up to stop decay.keep sparring so your stored points won't have shortage.a day before your final fight,add points to stand up & GnP.after your final fight, focused spar again for, submission or takedown then distribute all your stored points.i had 9 100's,4 70's
@zimd calculate the weeks left before the end of your career,since points decay by 7th or 8th week,make sure your focus spar or add point below the 7 or 8 weeks remaining.your career ends after december of 2021.it's very hard to create a super caf since points cap @ 999 but you can make a decent one.my fighter finished with 9 100's,1 82,1 72 & 4 70's so it's not that bad
12th year until before your final fight,use focus spar for ANOTHER,like ground & pound.use your stored points for what you've been sparring on 11th year,just keep sparring so you'll replace the lost stored points
after the final fight,use the focus on other area again,like subs,you can get points just by transitioning,if you can't submit your sparmate.then use stored points to add the stand up & GnP.hope that helps

if any1 could give me some tips on creating a character in career mode that is good in submissions that would be great. i keep trying to level up my submission moves but its impossible to get points because you can't submit them. i'll have them completely gassed and still cannot submit them. also if anyone could explain charging that would be great. thanks
@SpecNDy3 it's even pretty tough for me to submit Kimbo Slice when I'm Frank Mir in the very first round... I have to mount them from side control and just rip on their body until they're completley gassed and then go for the submission and spin the analog stick until it damn near breaks. lol i actually quit doing that cause i popped the stick out of place and almost had to take it apart to pop it back in place again lol
@SpecNDy3 when i did it i would first learn a suplex i.e belly to belly and do that until there rocked hardcore and the sub them its a slow process but it works

Not to troll! but this is lame sure get every skill (cardiop speed strength) to 30 ! but you completely neglect your stats , till they get to 12 and by the time you get them to thirty you will have lost at least a couple of times. and the rest at 60 % is not right i continue till 100% to maximize training and to get my fighter in to great shape this in my eyes is a fail .
well that was an absolutley terrible guide!!!!!!!! if he keeps at that he wont even have all his stats at 30 by the time he gets his first ufc fight!!!!! i usually have atleast half my stats up to 50 and the rest of 30 and by the time my careers done all my stats are at 70 and i have 999 sparing points in the bank waiting for the day before i retire(so they dont decay.......and 999is the max u can have in the bank) and all my speed strenght and cardio are as high as possible
@skydudeff7 He's at beginner, if you notice at the skill point menu (after the sparring session where it breaks down the points, it says something like "difficulty multiplier - 0.60 so if he got 10 points and the partner and injury multipliers are at 1.00, he would end up with 6 points. The next hardest is only 0.80, the one after that is 1.00, so no penalty, and the one after that is a boost of 1.20. Hopefully that all makes sense.

You didn't mention that when you save up all your points when you reach 70 in all stats that the game wont let you have more than 999 points. Then you just get 0 in Sparring no matter how good you do.

Kind of Failed? your conditioning went down badly heres what to do! 1: Train everything to 30 2:spar till everything is upto 30 3:Camp invites and Learn some moves 4:when prompted to get a upgrade choose Sparring Partner 5:Start Sparring and upgrading your points to 50 6:when prompted to upgrade choose Cardio and Train it to 70/80/95 depending on your weight class 7/8:Upgrade your Sped and Strength 9:upgrade your sparring and Get all attributes to 70 10:Upgrade Training :) DONE
dont save your sparring points.. they only start decaying after two weeks of not sparring.. so if you do it right they wont decay that much. 2nd.. conditioning needs to be higher just because you get your fatigue low doesnt mean anything.. and the sponsors.. duh.. go put on a custom shirt and theres 10 more sponsors and put on a custom cap and there is 6 more sponsors... Right I looked at this video about a week ago, I went and played some UFC I worked out once all of your stats are at 70 you need roughly 6000 points stored from sparring and that doesn't actually take long to get as long as you do alright in sparring, I'm not that great at the game but I can easily get over a 100 points even with 100% fatigue. So I've got all that saved, now I'm just improving moves. My strength, speed and cardio is stable atm but in the last year I'm maxing them and stats out.

Ok so you get all your skills to 70 and then save loads of points and then add them all on at the end so they don't decrease but what about strenght, speed and cardio? You get them to 70, do you train them loads towards the end of your career too? Anyone help please :)

@zimd use focused spar on stand up or anything your good on by year 11th.when you reach your final(12th year) max out your training.then start focused spar on different (i.e ground & pound).use your stored points for adding the stand up to stop decay.keep sparring so your stored points won't have shortage.a day before your final fight,add points to stand up & GnP.after your final fight, focused spar again for, submission or takedown then distribute all your stored points.i had 9 100's,4 70's

@zimd calculate the weeks left before the end of your career,since points decay by 7th or 8th week,make sure your focus spar or add point below the 7 or 8 weeks remaining.your career ends after december of 2021.it's very hard to create a super caf since points cap @ 999 but you can make a decent one.my fighter finished with 9 100's,1 82,1 72 & 4 70's so it's not that bad

@zimd so this is what you have to do
11th year focus spar for,like stand up
12th year until before your final fight,use focus spar for ANOTHER,like ground & pound.use your stored points for what you've been sparring on 11th year,just keep sparring so you'll replace the lost stored points
after the final fight,use the focus on other area again,like subs,you can get points just by transitioning,if you can't submit your sparmate.then use stored points to add the stand up & GnP.hope that helps

if any1 could give me some tips on creating a character in career mode that is good in submissions that would be great. i keep trying to level up my submission moves but its impossible to get points because you can't submit them. i'll have them completely gassed and still cannot submit them. also if anyone could explain charging that would be great. thanks

@SpecNDy3 it's even pretty tough for me to submit Kimbo Slice when I'm Frank Mir in the very first round... I have to mount them from side control and just rip on their body until they're completley gassed and then go for the submission and spin the analog stick until it damn near breaks. lol i actually quit doing that cause i popped the stick out of place and almost had to take it apart to pop it back in place again lol

Not to troll! but this is lame sure get every skill (cardiop speed strength) to 30 ! but you completely neglect your stats , till they get to 12 and by the time you get them to thirty you will have lost at least a couple of times. and the rest at 60 % is not right i continue till 100% to maximize training and to get my fighter in to great shape this in my eyes is a fail .

well that was an absolutley terrible guide!!!!!!!! if he keeps at that he wont even have all his stats at 30 by the time he gets his first ufc fight!!!!! i usually have atleast half my stats up to 50 and the rest of 30 and by the time my careers done all my stats are at 70 and i have 999 sparing points in the bank waiting for the day before i retire(so they dont decay.......and 999is the max u can have in the bank) and all my speed strenght and cardio are as high as possible

@skydudeff7 He's at beginner, if you notice at the skill point menu (after the sparring session where it breaks down the points, it says something like "difficulty multiplier - 0.60 so if he got 10 points and the partner and injury multipliers are at 1.00, he would end up with 6 points. The next hardest is only 0.80, the one after that is 1.00, so no penalty, and the one after that is a boost of 1.20. Hopefully that all makes sense.

You didn't mention that when you save up all your points when you reach 70 in all stats that the game wont let you have more than 999 points. Then you just get 0 in Sparring no matter how good you do.

@kriss123ization if u have 16 striking you only have 6 weeks or so till it goes down, during that fifth week add one to it and make it 17 that delays the decay for another 6 weeks, using this guys strat is foolish, dont let ur stats decay down to 0 casue u cant put 1 in them till their all 30, 50 or 70 (the save points)

dont save your sparring points.. they only start decaying after two weeks of not sparring.. so if you do it right they wont decay that much. 2nd.. conditioning needs to be higher just because you get your fatigue low doesnt mean anything.. and the sponsors.. duh.. go put on a custom shirt and theres 10 more sponsors and put on a custom cap and there is 6 more sponsors... WOW really know what your talking about.. I just found a flaw in your video..

First off good in depth tutioral.. but let me get serious.. 1. the stats decay after two weeks of not training them so you are wrong on that and wrong on saving the points to do it later. thats stupid and idioitic.. 2nd. Your conditioning should be high and fatigue be low.. your conditioning was at 15.. thats shitty man.. know what your talking about before you try to train people on what to do.

If the skills stop decreasing at 30, why don't you put few of them to 30 immediatly at the beggining, okay there will be less skills done but you will not loose almost all of your skill point like you've done right ?
