@DeadeyeKeith It seems that people don't know how to find the information that goes with a video. Click on user name (in my case "plasterfellow" and you will be taken to other videos of mine with personal information and urls to my site.
@plasterfellow You are missing my point. I've been a YT user for years and know how to find information. My point is that people expect the title to have something to do with the video. This video is more of a PSA and has ZERO techniques as the title mentions. If you want a loyal following, you've got to deliver what you promise. If THIS video doesn't give me what I want, I will not bother check your other videos. How do I know that they aren't just as misleading?
In other words you are selling your knowledge to us by talking about your experiences Nice Nice I so am buying them Dvd got a torrent links>???! !?!?!??!
The information you may want (link to website) is to be found by going to the "About This Video" to the right of the video. This holds true for all 3 videos - go there and you will be led to an abundance of information.
to Centralkyguy, he didn't say he was drywalling, he said he was repairing and replacing plaster (as in plaster of paris) which is entirely different than drywall.
Now, to Ed, you don't tell us anything - how do we find your dvd? You refer to things but don't show examples nor do you tell us how to find your dvd. Am I missing something - I've seen two of your posts and have no idea where your dvd or website can be found.

If you will check out my info next to the video, you will see a link to my webpage about applying texture. Lots of tips, a link to some photos and to the DVD page.
Of course, just as anyone can drive a car. But a little instruction can go a long way to help someone be reasonably competant (or safe). Practice builds on solid instruction.
Go to the right of the video and click on the URL to my website. There you can read a little bit about how I got into the plaster and drywall business and learned to do textures.

When you title a video, "drywall and plaster texturing techniques," it might be a good idea to actually give us some techniques.
