@SetTheHookProduction theres big ones in the great lakes. i caught a 29 inch 12 pound 9 ounce steelhead out of walnut creek a few years back. i was only like 15 too and got the junior pa angler award and everything it was awesome

nice fish, in 30 yrs ive only caught a handfull over 20 and 1 that might of been 30, majority being from the skagit and sauk but the big one coming from the 2 bit hole on the skykomish back in the 90's

yeah that's way over 10-12 lbs. i live in michigan but usually fish the west coast and believe me ohio doesn't have fish like this

I caught a steelhead like that the other day. I use 6lb test line, so it took me like 20 to 30 minutes to get him in.

not 20 lbs. ive caught 10-12 that looked similar to this in small creeks in ohio not taking nething away from this catch though.. any steelheader knows how many casts it takes in cold weather for one of these fine fish
