Besides... how many days do you think it actually SPENT in Carolina? A local Parade, some fan fun events, then it spent the rest of it's summer where it belonged. In the small towns, farms, mother countries, inspiring kids from all walks of life and location to play this great game of hockey!
This is one of the last places on the continent that should have an NHL team. ECHL teams I can understand, but this region contributes nothing for NHL-calibre players.

yea and the nbc cut out of the celebration of the canes celebrating there stanley cup video, that goes to prove that bettman is even more of a fuckin jerk off, i mean we get to see mlb, nba, and nfl all celebrate there championship, interviews and such, they cut right out of the championship cleberation. that was total bull shit. that fuckin shit better not happen this.
