But I do believe MMA has become biased for giving more points for takedowns and top position rather than giving points based on damage inflicted and submission attempts. I hope MMA changes it's faulty scoring system soon, there are too many fighters are getting robbed because they basically lost a wrestling match instead of a fight. Mousasi vs Mo, Penn vs GSP 1, Diaz vs Guida, Vera vs Couture, etc.

@dfatool ya Im giving tim a reasonable chance phil davis is very overated in my mind his wrestling isnt anything spectacular he just has a very very athletic build but I think tims technique will overcome phils athletism.

@dfatool you're Tim's corner? were you there in Japan? if so, great fuckin job making sure Tim knew what he had to do to win, it was pretty obvious but some fighters don't realize it even if they're way down on the scorecards. Tim went into that round like a man, most fighters are still tentative even when they know they have to finish, not Tim. He did what he needed to do, can't be more happy with the way he went into that last round. Okami's not easy to finish either. Tim's the man
