Black Soap...make sure it's the real product...is the best for acne discoloration, irritation or rash. The real stuff looks home made and not like the manufactured bars of soap. It may appear very dark brown to a light brown in color and may be bought in solid, soft or liquid form. Buy the solid because you can always soften and melt it down in water. Great for natural hair too, but because it lathers like mad, use a smaller amount.

it does the job,,,it really helps with gettng rid of redness and weakens pimples so that they can be poped. But if you wait 2-3 days, they go away on their own by using manuka honey alone.
It would work much better if you used a Manuka Honey with a UMF of at least 15+
