BMW 325 IX, Merc 190 2.3 16V, Golf 2 G60, Golf 3 VR6 2.8, GOlf 2 gti 8v, AUdi 90 2.3 Quattro, Porsche 944.

THe only of these who gives the more little nomber of problems is the 325 ix & the Golf 2 GTI 8v. These 2 cars are before 1989. The others gives a list of problems so long like the Holy Bible.

I do the best of me to do the best maintenance for all cars I've in my life.

For my self, after be an owner of german cars, for me, is rubbish. I prefear the british, italian or US cars ! Germans can do good rides, but without soul, & made with no passion !

I'm sorry I can't let this go unanswered. The Germans build by far the finest cars with the most character. Drive a Porsche or BMW and get back to me. Us Americans, we have trouble with the whole car thing. Buy one of our cars and it'll be built with recycled parts, nothing will fit right, and chances are the fat guy who installed the dash will have left his sandwich under the seat.

I'm an old german car driver like CZ14xpe (my brother). All the germans car we've got together are all the time in the garage. For problems with water pomp, sparks, some electric parts. It's a long list (probably 35 miles long). Before 1989, that cars are the best. After this, useless!

All the quality outside & inside. Nothing in the engine, on the chassis. Once, I'll take an S4 (2004) I've finished on a tree. Lower springs & big tires.

When we've drivin the last Caddy, it's the day & the night. The germans just built quality. No soul like the italians. No class like the brits & no "exotism" like the US cars. Together we've tryed the Equinox.

Quality no the same like the germans, but is another philosophy of the germans. Comfortable, silencer, a very quiet car. When I seat on a car, I want comfort, the quality of the dash is useless for me !

never got to drive a 1000hp car yet but what do you think led to him loosing controll. shifting into gear getting wheel spin?? last viper i raced was mostly stock and i remember the gears being really long. if he lost it in a shift what gear you think he was in? in any case that would suck.

dude if u go to hennessey performance website and watch the vids of da 1ooohp viper in the mile the driver keeps saying it gets sideways in gears 1-3. its 5th gear is superlong.too much power no traction control
