  • @Chgolandfisher Oh, I understand

  • great video thanks for uploading, eventually gonna put a motor on the back of my pyranha fusion

  • thank god this video has music..dont know that i'd do without it.

  • Motor? kayaking was already a lazy man's sport, ....wtf.

I like the lines on your kayak a lot though. Looks wave safe from front. I don't have a skirt so I get water in my patriot.

  • I really like this set up. I have a Prowler Big Game that I would like to set up in a similar fashion. I was thinking this might work well on the Fox River to head upstream and then float down. Have you tried anything like that?

  • Not with the kayak. I used the same motor to go upstream on the Fox on my canoe, then float back. Should work fine on the kayak for that.

  • 3 and a half MPH??? How are you gonna take me water sking?

  • Ron G,

So you got the sit on top eh? Nice!!!!! That's a great yak. Seriously, I'm jealous. Looks like you've done a few modifications already. I still haven't made that 2 1/2 mile trek out of waukegan just yet but soon. Let's hit the water sometime this summer.

    keep it up!

  • I'm hoping to hit the Navy Pier/Chicago LIghthouse area a few times next month for jumbo perch. Only a half hour paddle to get out there and safe within the breakwalls. To join me, you'll have to figure out some way to trailer your yak to a bicycle. I'm working on mine this afternoon...

  • Haha very nice

  • Nice Set-up Ron! You are hardcore man!
