the important thing is to have flux. it cleans the surface to allow the solder to stick. without it, you're trying to stick solder onto oxidized metal.

So how many freakin tymes did this take you?? because I have been redoing them for 4 hours and I have lost all patients!!!

read my website instructions for more info ...
- file the battery top and bottoms and wipe off.
- put flux paste on the area you want to solder
- Make sure you use 60/40 solder , lead free does not work!
- get a big glob of solder on your iron.
- It should stick right away.
