im pretty sure it is ..but a suspended chord is when your replacing the major 3rd of the chord , he's keeping the E open and replacing the octave E wih F# so it could be add 2 :P

@nate2908 It's only a sus chord if the third (in this case G#) is missing. In this instance it is a an E add 2.

You play well and speak well however, you really should describe the chords in their easiest definitions C#m Eadd9 Asus2 D B5 (not Maj)
the B5 at the end is an interval containing only B and E.
