I totally agree with you about the ADD ADHD... and honestly I think that could be a part of the anxiety. Like if we have a hard time focusing we may not feel very confidant in social situations leading to anxiety and insecure thoughts. Its like a cycle. What do you think?
ADD is a cognitive disorder in of itself, and in the case of the borderline, more a byproduct of the condition rather than a comormid condition such is the case with anxiety disorder and depression. It is more a 'types and qualities' kind of thing, and can be strongly affected by personality.
You don't need to be BPD to have these sore of difficulties, however I do concede that most do, and by default.
Many, or most of these focus irregularities are due to a lack of validation from others, thus the propensity to feel threatened, misunderstood, and even attacked by others when criticized. This can create a deep sense of pain and confusion, and in turn makes the anxiety and depression much worse.
@composer63 I understand that you might think that personally, because you yourself have been diagnosed ADD, a dysfunction that is genetic and is marked by focus irregularities. I am not disagreeing with you, but I am merely saying that one does not necessariy need to be ADD to suffer with focus irregularities. It can come from other cources, and I believe that this is the case for most bpd sufferers.
The newer your videos are the healthier you appear and act. Im so happy for you, especially since I see it happening in me as well. Btw this focus thing is 100% spot on, im still this way.
Love this. I can see that you are very intelligent with a rich vocabulary, but just as you you say, have trouble expressing. This was like looking in a mirror. It often makes me want to scream or have the person trying to listen to me scream at me.
Ahahaha, you are so similar to me, dude. It's good to see that a fellow male also has my issues.

@rdoearth I think its not due to a lack of validation but a genetic dispossition one is born with

@nicknackrap you need meds for this. attention is only treatable by meds.
composer63 2 months ago
@composer63 This is where it gets complicated because the meds did fix my attention but messed me up in all other symptoms.
