Easter way is to put vid in timeline then create newspaper in titles and credits and drag onto bottom bit of time line ("meercat" simples mweap)!!

@GnidoowMan5 - Simply drag your picture (or video), whatever you want onto the timeline/track. Then add the "Newspaper Style Heading Effect" as underlined in the video to your picture.It will automatically add your picture or video to the newspaper.
