Just wanted to let you know that these gloves are from the late 40's and 50's. A saw a few that could have been late 30's, but unfortunately not from 1910 or earlier. Also webs from 1930 on do not resemble modern gloves at all. Gloves started looking modern in the late 60's. Split finger gloves were around to about the late 40's, this is when the fingers began to be laced. Coloring of gloves has nothing to do with the time period they are from, they just got dark from age and use.
are you sure that keeping them in plastic is the proper way to store?? just asking cause i dont know for sure,,some times moisture collects on inside of plastic...cool gloves ive seen a couple i have.the thickness and weight of leatheris impressive and shows that no one was micro managing and insisting on saving 12 cents by trimming size down,,thx jn
