I like it. A few more yrs, if they stick and stay with it, I suspect they'll be doing great things in the field. The young lady who's a bit shorter has the desire and force of a star, but the other seems to have more talent right now. Better voice control and sound. Also, there is stronger stage-presence visible (and it didn't look like she was trying as hard at this).

So her other group member should hold her fire, but maybe smooth it out a tad..develop vocals! Sure this with happen with time.
