1st at all BIGBANG needs to refuel their popularity in korea. Remember that right now there is a lot of cute boyband that debuted after Kpop get the popularity, and BB is before than.

Talking about an international debut is dangerous, they need to be fluent in english and start for the beggining in USA (remember that in that country nothing in free).

But, a world tour is a GOOD IDEA, be sure. They can go to some countries and do a little show in some popular programs in that cities.
