I have personally made 240 on my S16. 215 km/h (not 210 as it is said here) is max speed on 6500 rpm, where the biggest torque is. Really max speed is 240 km/h @ 7000-7050 rpm.

you r mixin different engines together in this video. s16 and s16 premium (gti-6) That 306 on the start of video is s16 5 speed and 150 bhp(ur right), but the other one 306 s16 vs vios turbo is 6 speed and 167 bhp (gti-6) sorry m8 ;-)
