Great work! Here are a few tips. Make sure the nose of the figure in the middle is even. The left side is longer and bigger than the one on the right. Pay attention to the scale. Also, you could add some highlights into the eyes. I would but the choice is up to you. Try to remove all the lines, especially around the ears. Portraits shouldn't have line. Just tone and shapes.
