  • Nice set. How do these compare with the Stiff-Leggers you did on the Hammer Strength machine? 

    By the way, how can I make or buy a platform like the one you are standing on?

  • the angle is a little different and in terms of comparable weight, barbell SLDL is harder than hammer strength.
