sounds great i'm just un hsppy with the mixture of the marocean spices with seafood... sounds problematic...the harisa vinigret green beans &h shrimps sounds nice but the scalops with the ras el hanut (which means the head spice of the market) it's just not going well together...looking from a chef's point of view...too many flavors inside this spice and the scalops needs more gentle spice, sounds like confusion more than fusion....sorry that's my opinion....
