The local PBS station used to show this (and other cartoon shorts) as time filler in the late '70s, maybe the early 80s. The title for this one was 'Icarus: A Flight Fantasy'. I kept looking for that title here on Youtube, but I never could find it. I finally decided to try 'Icarus animation', and it finally showed up!!!! Thank you for putting this on here!
also i've been making some claymations please look at the s1e1, than s1e2, the first one has bad audio though. yeah i'm pretty sure this is will vinton
