I've seen a lot of people say that their two last albums are not as good as what Interpol can do... And i honestly do not get it!

So far I know TOTBL and OLTA from beginning to end, and some song from Antics. In my personnal opinion, OLTA is a masterpiece!! every single song is excellent, and they sound a lot less like Joy Division, which is something they've often been accused of in their frist two albums...

Don't get me wrong, I love TOTBL. But it clearly doesn't top OLTA for me...

I see what you mean consistency, i thought the last album was a bit weak compared to the last 3 In my opinion, but i guess, what i really meant to say was that its a bit harsh for them to be called a joy division rip off.

As for great songs, i think the entire "Bright Lights" album is great, "Antics" is a qulity album aswell, The last 2 albums may not quite be at the same level (maybe due to pauls vocal change) but there is still a lot to like. Again, thats just my opinion
