My Dad is still alive. The problem is that he left us when we where just kids. I remembered when he had good times with us, a divorce set his life away from us and never realy came back. I see him go by in a truck. He never stops , but in my head ...I have him in my heart. Why is it that , life has a cold side and a sad warm side ?

I miss my dad so much and all the memories that I have can never be washed away. He was the best dad ever!! I used to watch my mom and dad dance when I was a kid, and his dance will never be forgotten I miss it so much, My dad always carried me off to sleep with a kiss. He passed away 7years ago. It was the hardest thing that happened to me!! He walked out of my life when I was 11. so much going on, then 1 day there a letter that my dad is dieing. My Dad passed away 4 weeks ago today and life is very different. My daughter - 7 months - brings me a great deal of strength in making me realise that Dad will never be gone because I reflect him and will pass him on to my daughter, who will pass him on to her children and so he will "never, never end". Dad, I love you beyond words and feel more assured about my own path knowing that we will play catch and talk as we did before in the fullness of time.

i lost my dad too and my daughter was his pet, she turned 11 the day after his funeral, we miss dad so much and always will. its strange because nothing anyone can say it doesn't take the hurt away, the emptiness. i know dad loved us terribly and we feel the same. we know in a way he is still here with us but not being able to hug him and talk with him....that's the part that kills us most

I was his baby, the ultimate daddys girl. How he chose her over me Ill never understand.
