@gritzydgb8 yound crowds go to planet hollywood caesars palace and treasure island. wynn is usually middle aged. the only club worth visiting at wynn-encore would be XS it is the most amazing club. also amazing clubs would be Bank, jet, Tao, LAX.

@DUDE02030405 Is it really that tough to get to Vegas? Anyway, you are not missing much. It is a nice Hotel, but still just a place to stay in Vegas. I would not even say it's the nicest Hotel in town. A lot of the more exclusive places are non gaming properties like The Four Seasons, The Artisian, etc.

People, IGNORE Yanquish73. Wynn's is magnificent and should be seen, The place takes your breath away. The settings, marble, accoutrements and food are marvelous. Simply consider Vanquish73 a dopey backwoodsman from Georgia whose main thrill is dumping into a flush toilet instead of a latrine. You know, a "Deliverance" guy.

My wife and I were there in mid-July. We stayed at the Venetian but one morning we went over to Wynn to look around and have breakfast at the Garden Terrace. God, what a place! Magnificent is too mild. It isn't gaudy but rather just plain exquisite--a don't miss while in Vegas.

The reason there isn't masses of people there like others (Bellagio Mandalay NY NY MGM ect.) is becuase this hotel was not created for the "masses' it was created for an "exclusive " clientele. If you don't shop at Sak's, Gucci and Dior for your clothing you may not feel welcome here, but then again that's how it is set-up. Steve wynn has quoted similar.

Mate, I stayed at the Wynn in January and can confirm that it employs a diverse selection of people.

However if dullards like yourself are kept away by ill-informed reputation - long may that situation continue and the rest of us can enjoy our holidays a little more. in fact, please feel free to post up a list of "acceptable" resorts that you yourself stay at, so that I can avoid such places for evermore.

if a disfigured or disabled person applies for a position in front services or vip etc...(where the $ is) (tips plus salary) then he/she will be discriminated against to cater to other cultures being superstitious or vain with the hotel fearing that those peeps wont drop there $ because of it.

so call me a dullard for suffering this at from that employer.

the short of it? jerk owner who's highly discriminate against employing the disfigured in public view at his hotels.

ex: if he thinks a patron will be offended by his employee who has a high pitch voice then he will fire that employee. he wont stand behind morals and law.that's is short as i can be w/o writing the novel.(2 many instances)
