@P0WAT0TH3P30PL3 Nope, they're far from being Chinese, they're Polish. Not only Chinese people can visit NK, I know English, American, Japanese, Danish, Polish, Spanish people who went there. There are companies that organize trips to NK, just ask around.

I can hardly see USA cops wearing HI Viz jacket when they directing traffice. all I see is guy wearing black or dark navy uniform and sunglass. with about to shoot mean face.

People (foreigners) are not usually allowed into North Korea. But occasionally it will allow a limited number of people to visit where they are strictly controlled on what they can or cannot do. Like leaving there hotel without permission.

Anyway this was most likely a video from one of those visits.
