  • ok u definitely need a better Food processor than i have there ok i did quarter the recipe both because i did't have a full pound of dated and my only electric Food processor only holds 2 cups it was still crummy at 5 mins but it did eventually ball up coconut still wont stick well to them they taste good. I used California dates is there any difference form Medjool Dates if i make it again ill pry add an extra date to see if it helps.
