I think better if they make test for fast reactions, if someone has enough reactions and awareness, and require this test every two years. that way we don't take the licenses from healthy grandpas you know, we can't miss them from the roads. but if they are going to let anyone drive even after 80 with less no much ability to concentrate, I think they should allow 10 years old to drive too.
