my longest headshot is 356 and on operation firestorm 2 guys were sniping on the same crane so i started shooting at them both of us needed 5 kills i shot hitmarkers i shot again and killed 1 with a shot to the chest and the other sniper spotted me and started shooting back 1 kill left for both of us i shot it dipped it looked like it was going to hit but a friendly comes up behind him and steals it on me (THAT IS A LONG POST)

@MrWaldbeere It is possible (though highly unlikely) for an extremely lucky person to be flown out of map in the passenger seat of a helicopter and take a shot from there, or just flown to a high enough point inside the map. It's almost guaranteed that anything above 2000m is on someone who isn't moving or is set up though.

I've yet to see a sniper laser designate any target for anyone, and ending a match with 4-5 kills doesn't count as "thinning enemy tickets" - especially, when we're attacking M-Coms!

I agree that properly played snipers have their place on the battlefield; but more often than not, people playing as a sniper are of little actual help to their team.
