It's a "well tank", which means that water is held in a small tank between the frames. Capacity is very limited as a result. I think the idea is to keep the centre of gravity as low as possible.

"Cornwall has always been English" - aye right. Names like Polperro, Penzance, Pendewey and Bodmin, all make perfect sense in the English language do they? Well, they do in Cornish. Get a clue.

Pop down to your local library, while you're brushing up your Cornish history. They should be able to tell you about adult literacy classes. That should iron out the problems in your spelling and punctuation. p.s. If you're using mobile phone speak, why use "our" instead of "are"? Surely "r" would be shorter!
