Saw Pat Travers band around the early mid 80's at a little venue near my home town of Portland ,Maine,at Free St. Pub and they literally BLEW my mind, i still till this day am in awe of how frigging incredible they were!!!. Ive played drums in bands for years and have also seen dozens of national big venue acts and this was the best show i have ever seen !!! PERIOD !!!!!
@boddumblues damn straight I have never tried cocaine never going to either & you damn sure don't neeed to be wasted off whiskey to rock to this tune!
Oh, Man!!! I used to rock out to this song back in 1980. I was 18, and starting to enjoy the Southern California Scene. The San Fernando Valley sure knew how to party in those days man!!!!!
I think he burned some bridges, or got burned by a record company. He was on top of the rock world in the early 80's and then kind of faded. All his songs were GREAT! Not just the hits.
True hard rock right here man! I was a freshman in high school when this album came out and I first became aware of Pat Travers. This song, this album and AC/DC Back in Black album came out the same year and I picked up a guitar and have'nt put it down since.
Pat Travers remains an "undiscovered treasure" in the world of rock for untold millions - why that is - well , FM [ Fargin' Mystery ] to me - the music speaks for itself in unequivocal and undeniable terms. Dig it , crank it , love it - what the farg' else can you do ?

This song is the theme song for 1980. I was totally out of my mind then...and so was everyone I knew. Bad times. Glad they're over.
