Could someone translate what Dimas is generally talking about in this vid or some brief subtitles?

@nawdik Well Dimas is basically talking about his carreer and his thought of moving up to the 94 kg class. Then he mentions that there would be no competition between him and his teammate (funny cuz his the other guy says that they've been competing for months haha). Dimas then talks about his heritage andthe injuries that he has had, and how he pushes himself to the max because that way he knows that he'll have a pretty good chance of winning. That's more or less what he says
