ok if you have a action replay you turn it on then it goes to the action replay screen press the green button that looks like a star like a keyboard star * you have to install it on your computer first and you gotta insert a game into the action replay so you hit that then hit add new code put the name of the code in then hit next at the bottom then put in the numbers click ok and wait for it to load press down and press A and star your game by pressing start

u will get master balls in item pocket throw some away

Example: throw away 492 so 493-492=1 so the pokemon with the national dex number 1 (bulbasaur) will appear in grass (grass only) when u hold L u must push l and r to get master balls

put the action replay in and the game card in the action replay. the game title comes up. push the green button with the white asterisk on the bottom left hand corner on the touch screen. at the very top of the screen it says Add New Code. press A. then it will ask you for the code name(put whatever u want) and the the red arrow on the right hand corner. then it will ask u to put the code in. on the touch screen are the numbers and letters.

yes i do first you must press l+r+select have national pokedex some way either by game or computer next go to your bag in ur items you will have 493 master balls and go on the national pokedex and search for the pokemon you want such as dark rai so you toss out 2 so 493-2=491 so you hold l and dont let go until you are encountered by a poekmon it will be darkrai or whatever pokemon you choose

ok ill explain wen u pres L=R ull get 493 masterballsin ur items slot... the exat number of all pokemon ok so say if u want mew u toss out the number of masterballs untill u have 151 masterballs go into the grtass and ull find mew! wen u fininsed catching the pokemon u just press L=R and ull have 493 masterballs again...hope this helps ;)

at the main screan of the action replay (once you have the pokemon game in it) click on the green bullet/star at the bottom left. then there is a list of defalt cheats. scroll to the top of the page and click on the add new cheat. finally new the cheat(might help if you add what button(s) u have 2 use to activate if u forget) click the arrow at the bottom the tipe in the code.
