Liberty is about to be a guest on my radio show for the second time. He's a great guy with lots of great stories. I'm a drummer myself & was always impressed by how he can play something simple & stand out without ever sounding out of place. I recently saw him preform with Greg Allman's son & he hasn't missed a beat!

I have seen Billy Joel 12 times in concert the last time was not the best. Lib was not with him. The song just didn't have the same feel. There are things Liberty would do instinctively because of his history with Billy. He is the top drummer.

What a truly amazing drummer. Lib is incredible. Great guy, too, even if he did bring huis firing upon himself. Billy's new drummer is satisfactory but lacks the force of Lib.

billy joel doesn't hold the record for 200 shows at the garden, elton john does for 60 shows. the record Billy does have at MSG for consecutive shows does not include liberty, it was obtained after their split. no doubt liberty rocks though!
