Social networking sites don't need tougher safety standards. I'm a democrat and I hope he gets elected but I really don't want federal laws regulating Facebook and Myspace. All you need is common sense. If you make a friend online, don't meet them in real life, except in a public place.

Kids don't have common sense for the most part. Some teens are to naive to know that posting pics and private info places them in danger. We can have net neutrality while at the same time realize that illegal activity online will not be tolerated. Child pornography and net piracy are not protected free speech in my book and I really hope something is done to crack down on such things. The same way that arresting criminals for gun violence is not against the 2nd Ammendment.
