I totally missed this sanctuary. So I went to the Runaway Five and did that stuff until they offered to bring me to Threed. I refused, because I figured out I missed this place and went there. There were no enemies in the Peaceful Rest Valley OR the Mole hill all four times I went there. I beat Mondo Mole on my second try, because I was lucky enough to not need training. :D I don't know if this was a glitch that happens in every game or I just have a screwed up copy, but it was awesome :D
