Not necessarily. Even if they admit to having tagged walls or thrown up pieces that are in the photos, it's still considered vandalism in a court of law, meaning they still wouldn't get a dime. Then there's the issue of pseudonyms. Since the stories and pieces don't involve real names, the person suing would have to prove they were in fact that specific tagger, and not just some random Joe Schmoe looking for money.
