  • imagine the combination of these 2 players...

  • from 4:27 to 4:53 what a nalbandian!!!

    too good!!

  • thenoblequran (Ctrl+Enter)

  • @cys12141 Nalbandian+power+big serves-long term injuries=Greatest

  • Nalbandian + power + big serves = the greatest of all time

  • nalbandian, is the greatest when he wants to be.

  • 1:30 total frame volley haha great

  • @cj397

Nop, Ferrer hit his racket to the carpet while David volley

  • 2.53 q punto animal grande david!

  • Amazing Quality. Thanks

  • smart play by both. i wish both would go back to this kind of form nowadays.

  • classic!

  • Please, bring back the old attacking style like Rafter, Edberg, Sampras, Becker, Agassi, Goran, Henman, McEnroe,

David N. is really fun to watch. Just miss seeing old Pat Rafter and Stefan Edberg coming on those twist serves.

  • agree with rasta, but players don't need to grunt - roddick hits his serve harder than anyone but doesn't - and ferrer hits like a pussy and grunts like he's giving maximum force

  • i agree. sharapova doesnt actually grunt in training, either does nadal... its beyond grunting though its really just yelling or screaming. grunting is natural and isnt that loud. i grunt sometimes but not very often, i dont believe its necessary and players should get warned about it if it becomes ridiculous because for some its a tatic to put off the other player. and do you ever notice how most of them do it when they starting to lose.

  • the most overrated player ever

  • He seems like a counter puncher.

That makes you seem and play good when you play good hard hitting players..

  • Who are you calling a counter puncher? Nalbandian or Ferrer? I'm guessing Ferrer.

  • I was talking about Nalbandian, but both pretty much are. : )

  • I don't think Nalbandian is a counterpuncher. I think he has an aggressive game just like Federer does.

  • It just depend how you look at it. I've seen some game where he played very aggresive but not net wise. And I seen some game where you used the other person power espiecally on the return of serve. But it your opinion nothing wrong with it : )

  • @kinglear no doubt, he´s a shotmaker, like roger.

  • ferrer would be the counterpuncher.

  • Nalby is probably the most underachieved player ... why the heck can't he just lose them guts?!!

  • Ferrers grunt creeps me out, it changes. starts off as a sort wheeze, then to a roar, then goes silent for a bit, and then starts wheezing again. great player tho :D

  • Ferrer ran out of gas on this one.

  • gosh ferrer hits harder than ever in this match

  • GRANDE DAVIS..SOS EL HEROE NACIONAL

  • Nalbandian is the best dude and Juan Martin Del Potro they are from my country Argentina (:

    Vamos argentina carajo!!!

  • nalbandian had so much great forehands and of course his backhands

  • gasquet sucks, doesnt haven mental strenght

  • which is the music in the beginning

  • That's where you realize he deserved to play Shangaï more than Gasquet... and I'm french!

  • nalbandian will never be a big time play unless he starts winnin some slams

  • He is a great player for sure,he´s got 8 wins over roger, but certainly I agree with you, his potential to achieve greater thing´s in tennis is certainly something lacking..I suppose he must be aware of that.he certainly deserves to make a slam final..

  • Nalbandian was in the Wimbledon final of 2002...

  • that´s right..I knew that,must have slipped my mind..

  • he lost to hewitt there... but hewitt is such a great talent

  • i like hewitt

  • haha who doesnt... hes my favourite player on tour

  • do you think gasquet lacks competitive intensity?

  • Sure he does! And he lacks of many other things! The way I see it, there's no good french tennis player nowadays (ok, Tsonga reached the final of the australian open but I'm pretty sure we won't see him again...). Gasquet is world's number 9... I wonder how he did it! Everytime he plays a grand slam tournament he never makes it further than the 3rd round, he has the level on an irregular top 20 player, that's all.

  • Comment removed

  • he's extremely talented. its just that he doesn't play good consistently. he plays rly good first set then he gives up.

  • nalbandian? he enever gives up , it´s just his concentration can go away at times in the match, then it comes back agian, it´s funny, but nalbandian is definitely a very good competitor..just not a consistent one, for the talent he has

  • they are friends aren't they?

  • Yes, ferrer is nalbandians best friend on the tour..

  • is that so? im not surprised, the argentines and the spaniards usually are very friendly to each other..

  • Ferrer relatively gave good fight to David..as compared to others...He was almost reaching to all the balls..like he did in USO against Nadal...

  • A-Rod should be convinced that he is waste in China Town, let David go there instead !!!!

  • Seems to me you're more of the waste

  • you have been eating way to much chicken chou mei..

  • great match!!

  • yer if he could qualify which he cant

  • Nalbandian is on FIRE these last couple of weeks, he might sweep Shanghai off Federer if he kept going like this
