Even though Katy Perry is hot as, Lily Allen just seems more down 2 earth & has the whole girl next door thing goin 4 her, plus she speaks her mind & doesn't really care wat anyone thinks. AND she can actually SING...LIVE! If u ask me she's a bit more natural & realistic than the typical "american glam" crap we seem 2 get so much of these days. I suppose it's probably the aussie comin out in me (apparently the most attractive people 2 Australians are English, & vice versa) but Lily is the BEST!

Katy rocks...she does write her own songs , she even wrote I do not hook up, wich she first named Hook up, she wrote long shot, and she has a video for it, she wrote breakout but she gave the song to miley cyrus, and in miley`s version, she does the back vocals...katy rocks.

Lily allens been around 4 much longer and has a better accent and better songs and is intellegent enough to write her own songs. Lily allens better. Katy Perrys hot n cold song is good though.
