Really this is pretty much just competitive multi-player that you have to pay for over and over again. It's just got extra customization and some amount of social options that don't matter that much.

It'd be nice if it was a one-time pay deal, like with guild wars. But, then again, I personally think it is worth the cost. Companies are never going to care whether a game "deserves" to have a specific price, (with the notable exception of Valve, of course. Free portal? Yeah.)
@johnie1992 Err, no. Realtime Worlds is considering an Xbox 360 release after the main PC release, if it's successful. PS3 is a no-go because Realtime Worlds has no experience developing for PS3.

Champions online was also supposed to come to 360, it never happened, age of conan hyborian adventures was also supposed to come to 360, it also never happened. although the devs say they wanna put it out for consoles, they themselves have stated that a direct PC port would be impossible. they will eventually learn how to control the hacking. and all multiplats look and run better on PC.
@ninjaseven There is NO way to control the hacking. Hackers are smarter and more than them and they always came up with new hacks. Do you know any PC online game without cheaters???
Steam tried to control MW2 safety using VAC, (thats why there were no dedicated servers in MW2) But now there are more cheaters than normal players in MW2.
Same thing happents to PB games too like Bad Company 2. Its hard to find a servers without wallhackers.
lol i haven't really had any problems with hackers on MW2 or BFBC2 on PC. i think you just have bad luck. yes their are hackers but usually people catch them and report them. PC online is the way to go, its free, and you get the best performance.

In BC2 its a bit different, cause there are admins and cheaters are hidding... they dont use aimbots... but still wallhacking.
