You're gonna masterplan a SAR & extraction effort? Yeah, ok. Hate to break this to you Frank but the USCG kinda beat you to that by being 1st on scene & is still heading up the Incident Command System in partnership w/ Southern Command. The first planes have long since landed by the time you posted this video. You can't save a Life? Why not? You don't need a license or permission to do that. I admire your enthusiasm but it sounds like you're going there just to say that you were there.
