tibet was a free country ,ruled by peace loving people before red chinese tookover in 1950.tibet used to have only one prison for thief and mudderer before chinese occupation,now tibet has 100 prison for those who speak truth,those who practice religion and those who talk about humanright.

Just like Hawaii is part of USA, Okinawa is part of Japan, or half of Ireland is part of UK, Tibet is part of China now. Why Westerners keep making troubles and try to separate Tibet from China?

When China was divided into pieces,either by Chinese themselves such as the period after a kingdom was overthrown or by other countries like what the west and Japan did in the 19th and 20th century, it means war.

One matter of truth is that Tibet never declared independence even when it had more autonomy.The death of every Dalai lama was reported to central government of China and the appointment of the next Dalai also needs approval from the capital.
