First dog looks like a flat coated retriever to me. Looks nothing like a german shepherd. 2nd one looks like a Shiloh shepherd... more heavy boned and look at the head. The one behind on the left is a german shepherd.

I want to know the breed of the long haired gsd his exactly breed i know he is gsd but some people called him Blackjack is this right ?!

@tefa90664 I don't know the english term for this type of dog but is indeed a GSD. The long hair is a variation that occurs quite often among GSDs, in german they are called Langstockhaar (long haired) or incorrectly but often used Altdeutscher (Old german) Schaeferhund (shepherd). The long hair has been considered a fault for a long time by the german Kennel Club so these dogs could not compete in a dog show and were not officially bred. I owned one for 12 years and it was a great dog.
