  • I didn't see this one.

  • Sweet!! John Waters :D

  • Isn't the prisoner John Waters, the director of the movie "Hairspray?"

  • @TheGimpPimp1 Yeah, that;s what I thought., he sets most of his movies in Baltimore too!

  • Great scene! Two fine actors from two fine shows (in their prime) and Baltimore's filthiest son! :D

  • This was the first L&O-Homicide cross-over, however brief. I just wish Logan was still on the show for the '96 cross-over, which was much more substanital so we could get more of the two hot-heads, Logan and Pembleton facing off. Bratt just doesn't come up to their level.

  • @44032 YEah that crossover was awesome. and the 97 or 98 one with the stupid lawyer and the secretive family, well tahnk god Munch didn't refuse Council. and did u ever see Entitled? that was L&O/SVU. Im more L&O than the preteens that're into SVU btw.

  • An amazing opener. Just love Andre Braugher!!! :)

He is SO correct about Dorothy Parker too!

    I miss Homicide...

  • what the name of the episode of homicide life on the street Homicide: Life On The Street which involved a shooting motivated by one character's destruction of another character's copy of Game, Dames and Guitar Thangs.

  • OMG I came to see Mike Logan and ended up seeing someone way more famous, John Waters!!

  • Sake's alive, sake's alive, Chris is 55. Happy Birthday, Dectective Logan. The Law and Order series' are my favorites. You were great in L&O and CI. This was also a good episode, too. Many happy returns.

  • it's a shame that people in the real world don't defend their cities with class and good knowledge. people prefer doing it with offensive language and mindless violence

  • lol, very nice! Love a young Mikey defending his city.

  • Classic

  • smoking next to the no smoking sign. LOL

  • @prawnsalad Frank did that a few times, he was very defiant

  • Cool, a younger Mike Logan. Even though im given the discription of how Harry Bosch looks like, i still see hi as Chris Noth.

sux that he's not in Criminal Intent anymore. he is my fave cop.

  • yeah thats john Waters from Pink Flamingoes-I was just watching it earlier.

  • Logan is the best! My fav on L&O

  • I love Mikey Logan thanks to him I can keep my sanity throughout the day he's my favorite on L&O but honestly I love the whole show

  • Logan is the best!!!

  • Mikey Logan, gotta luv him!

  • Thanks for posting this, Mike Logan is my all time favorite L&O character.

  • I liked mike but lenny is the best

  • If I remember correctly, John Waters makes another appearance somewhere in Season 1, as a bartender to whom Bolander confides his pain, after a case involving teenagers. I didn't know he made a second 'cameo'. Cool!

  • Is that John Waters? I really want to see this episode.

  • John Waters wasn't in the rest of the episode, just the cold open.

  • The first Law & Order/Homicide crossover.

The 3 full length 2-part Law & Order/Homicide episodes (subway gas poisonings, child beauty queen murder, White House Special Counsel) had Briscoe and Curtis as the NYPD detectives. Chris Noth as Logan had left the original "Law & Order" show then.

  • Two of my favorite characters from two of my favorite shows! Loved Logan and Pemblemton!

  • Logan, Bayliss, Howard, Munch, Pembleton, Meldrick, Bolander etc. :D

    I like them all ;D

  • friday night at 9, i remember it well. all the other cop shows pale in comparison-in fact they're now copying this show in one way or the other.

  • The perp, in case you missed it, is John Waters, who sets all his movies in Baltimore.

  • andre is awesome
