It's beleived dinosaurs could heal much better and more quickly than mammals could. Being related to crocodiles, they could have had similar immune systems. But since birds are more closely related it could have been a tad different if it were the case. Tarbosaurus is more like a cousin to Tyrannosaurus Rex that lived at the same time rather than a Asian variant. Albertosaurus is far more closely related to the Tyrannosaurus despite the looks. By the time they existed there was no Pangea and the continents had been separated for tens of millions of years. The Atlantic ocean began to form 130 million years ago.

@planetary109 Some people think that, but there some differences, like the skull of Tarbosaurus a bit longer than the skull of Tyrannosaurus.

A good example of skeletons looking similiar but different animals is the lion and the tiger, we know they're different animals, but their skeletons look almost exactly the same, so there's a good chance Tarbosaurus and Tyrannosaurus are different species.
