why ask people to donate when multi-billion dollar conglomerates, and CEOs of fortune 500 companies could each give 2% of their net worth which in turn would be more money than you could ever possibly get or dream of from "fund raisers". I support this 110%, but I don't know, it just seems silly whenever I hear "please donate" I make $35,000 a year and I have the more of a heart to give money to this than the richest people. I don't understand the world.

I am a runner, but I don't know if I should start training with my bare feet. I heard that it gives you a more "natural" stride, and is better for your development in the long run, but I am also descended from 5000 years of shoe-wearing Europeans. So shoes or no shoes?
