ALL THIS was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. Just imagine if Clarance Thomas, Allito, or the rest of the CONSERVATIVES on the Supreme Court had NOT been approved by the Senate. BUSH won the election by ONE VOTE in the SCOTUS. Keep that in mind whenever you talk to your Republican representatives.
