Lookup Sturmabteilung and Jungsturm. Both were community "security" forces, and were instrumental in Hitler's rise to power.
It makes perfect sense, too, because its unconstitutional for the US Military to police its own civilians. This would enable Obama to establish Marshall Law without actually having to come right out and say it.
I don't know about you, but people with "paranoia" aren't generally able to produce direct relevant historical evidence to support their theories.

Just a thought, but the there is now around 80 million guns in this country. An average of polls of our military personal breaks out around 73% conservative to 27% liberal. If push really comes to shove, who is going to go in and disarm the current militia? It may be up to anti-gun people who post on these boards. Good luck!
